How does lingoking protect confidential data?
All translation orders are carried out with the utmost confidentiality. We work exclusively with certified translators who have been vetted by us and who must sign a strict confidentiality agreement.
We also offer our business customers the option of signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) directly with them.
When will documents and translations be deleted from the system?
Your documents and translations will be deleted 90 days after completion of the order. Two weeks in advance you will receive an email asking you to check whether you have downloaded the respective translations.
