How do I order a translation from lingoking?

How can I place an order as a business customer?
The best thing to do is to find out about our price packages and contact us. If you are already a customer, you can order your individual service in the Customer Area. Please do not order via the general lingoking website, as these services are aimed at our private customers.
Why do I have to provice my tax number as a business customer?
We require this information as proof of entrepreneurial status and for the correct tax treatment of the services provided. The tax number or a VAT ID must be provided for all business customers. Companies within the EU indicate either their tax number or VAT ID, companies from third countries their respective tax number.
How do I count the number of pages in a document?
Please count all pages: front and back, pages with apostilles and pages with stamps.
Stamps must also be translated in a certified translation. If an apostille appears multiple times in a document, it only needs to be translated once and therefore only counts as one page. The same applies if the apostille has already been translated.
What should a document that is uploaded look like?
The uploaded document should be clearly legible and ideally only show the document itself.
It should also only contain the pages that need to be translated. If possible, please remove beforehand any pages from the document that are not relevant.
What happens if source documents are invalid or incorrect?
Invalid or incorrect documents are translated and certified by our sworn translators, but the relevant sections or the entire document are marked with a respective note. We generally accept no liability for the accuracy of the source documents. We only accept liability for the translations produced.
What does the scan of a translation look like when choosing this option?
The certified translation is stapled in the same way as if it were to be sent by post. In this form, the translation is then scanned page by page and sent to you as a single document in one scan. The scan therefore shows the staples, all stamps, corner-folding, source and target text, including the reverse sides.
What needs to be checked during customer approval?
Please especially check names, dates, grades, etc. Discrepancies may arise, particularly with names that are not written in Latin script.
Of course, you do not need to check the translated language for correctness.
How can I activate 1-click-order as a business customer?
Simply set up your preferred payment method, including your address details, in the Customer Area under payment settings.
The next time you place an order, you will see the button for 1-click order.
When clicking on this button, a window will be opened, in which you must activate the 1-click order once.
From then on, you can always order with just one click β without having to go through the entire ordering procedure. You can, of course, disable this function at any time in your profile settings.
How can I cancel an order?

When will I receive my collective invoice as a business customer?
You will always receive your collective invoice at the beginning of the following month.
What can I do if I have technical problems during the ordering process?
First, try clearing your cache and reloading the page. If you still have problems, for example when filling your shopping basket, please contact us.
What mistakes can I avoid when placing an order?
When placing your order, select the correct source and target languages.
Check the number of pages in your document and compare it with the information you have provided.
