To process your order as quickly as possible, we require your documents in digital format. The upload process is activated in two stages.
Step 1: Complete payment
The upload section is only enabled after payment has been successfully completed. Please complete the payment process first. You will be automatically redirected to the upload page immediately after.
Step 2: Complete registration (Yellow Box)
If you have already paid but cannot see an upload field, your registration is likely incomplete.
Look for the yellow info box in your dashboard.
Click the link inside this box to complete your profile.
The upload function will be activated for you immediately afterwards.
Issue still not resolved? Manual upload via email
