What does a translation cost?
This depends on the type of document, the scope and the language combination. You can calculate all prices without obligation via our shop and also book directly there. As a rule, the prices for standardised documents (certificates, testimonials, driving licences, etc.) are calculated per page (max. 350 words/page) or per piece.
What payment options does lingoking offer?
At lingoking you can pay conveniently by PayPal, direct debit, credit card and on account (business customers).
Which languages are offered?
In principle, translations are possible in all language combinations. However, please note that we only offer certified translations from or into German.
Does lingoking need my original document?
No. A scan or photo is sufficient, we do not need the original. You can upload your document directly in the order after successful payment.
Can I bring my documents in person?
With us, you can order from the comfort of your own home. Since the linguists with whom we work closely are located all over Germany and even as far away as New Zealand, the documents cannot be brought to us personally, nor can they be sent to us.
This has two advantages. Firstly, you have real-time transmission of the scans to the linguists, who can start work immediately without having to wait for the post. Secondly, the important originals stay with you and cannot get lost in the post or reach someone other than the recipient.
When will I receive my translation?
lingoking offers you two different delivery options: Standard and Express. For standard delivery, the processing time is 3-5 working days, for express 2-3 working days. Normal translations are then available for download, certified translations are then sent by post.
Will I receive a digital version of my translation?
Normal translations are provided digitally. In the case of certified translations, a scan of the translation can be added to the order. This will be made available for download before the original is sent by post.
Which documents can be translated?
